We reserve the right to substitute models, if need be, depending on availability and due to circumstances beyond our control.

No Refunds on Early Returns

No Unattended Returns – We must be present when you return the units

 

Night before pick-up is at 4:00 p.m. (No After Dark-Must be light enough to see. No reservations accepted) – the additional charge is half weekend rate for any snowmobile, no exceptions.

Two-day minimum weekend rentals (Friday thru Monday)
*Rates Effective August 7, 2022 thru March 31, 2023. Rates do not include tax, $2000 damage deposit, or clothing and helmet rentals. Rates subject to change without notice. Gas/oil charges varies up to $125.00 dependent on market price, per sled one time charge. You start with a full tanks of fuel and oil, return it on its own power. Mandatory Collision Damage Waiver is $30.00 per day, per sled.

Pay by cash or check and $ave 5%.  Not applicable to special pricing. 

All credit card transactions are subject to 3.75% processor’s fee.  
Reservations: A $100.00 reservation fee confirms your reservation.  If you cancel within 14 days prior to the reservation date, you will be charged for one full rental day, and lose your reservation fee. 30 days notice required for all holidays. Any refunds are in the form of a gift certificate for our store good for 1 year from the date of your cancellation date.  Note you are responsible for all the sleds you reserve.  If you reserve 6 sleds you will have a contract for 6 sleds in your name.  Pickup time is 10:00AM Drop off 8:00 AM Sharp. A $100 per hour late fee will be applied to all sleds returned late. A 30-day cancellation notice is required during all Holidays including: Christmas, New Year’s, MLK, Valentines and Snowmobile Derby Weeks.

 

Snow Policy: In the event that local snowmobile trails are closed by the state or county due to lack of snow or poor conditions, or if we feel conditions are inadequate to allow our sleds on the trails, we will try to reschedule your reservations and offer you a certificate available for one year of your original reservation date. If YOU choose to cancel your reservation due to what YOU believe are poor conditions, you will forfeit your total reservation fee. There are no refunds for early returns.
